You will have the opportunity be a part of the talent and attraction team dedicated to find the right people who will join our EY GDS journey. Your key responsibilities In this role you will work closely with our service delivery teams to help determine their specific resourcing needs and execute on an agreed recruitment plan. This role will be the principle point of contact to the Hiring Manager, ensuring all steps in the recruitment process are clearly explained and progress is updated on a timely basis. Being a single point of contact for selected Service Lines/Service Functions and being responsible for building a pipeline of candidates for IT and nonIT roles. Building strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders Taking care of candidates from attraction stage to offer accepted/contract signing - ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process Responsible for tracking and measuring recruitment metrics Skills and attributes for success Extensive experience as recruiter gained in an international environment Strong assertiveness and self-confidence in contact with Hiring Manager Positive, can-do attitude and independency Attention to details and accuracy in preparing recruitment data Strong relationship buildingskills.
