Develop FA specification (methodology, equipment, maintenance and change mgt);
Publish KPI and monitor the compliance towards the process;
Monitor FA capacity and project, proactively monitor FA needs, including Capex;
Develop complex FA methodology (Customer EIPD);
Develop FA training;
Audit the FA compliance and share Best-Known-Methods;
Manage strategic FA outsource for Reliability
Job Qualification
Experience: QA Engineer: 5 years (Required)
