Job Description

Working closely with the Test Lead, QA Analyst and Business Analyst, you will identify, raise and re-test issues found in web and mobile applications.
The candidate must have experience in Web and REST API testing as well as manual and automation testing.
As part of this role you will:
Create, maintain/update and execute test scenarios
Perform system, functional, regression, UI, UAT and performance/load testing
Analyze business requirements and understand the test acceptance criteria
Identify, log, track and reporting of issues and or problem areas within software
Ensure the software meets the functional specifications that have been defined
Create and maintain test case documentation
Responsible for automated testing throughout lifecycle of software that include creation of test scripts, execution and maintenance of automation scripts.
Participate in process improvements
Assist with the development of evolving test strategies and methods
Perform production issue investigation and prepares installer release
Ensure that all issues are captured and resolved before reaching the customer's environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 -5 years as QA analyst in IT industry
5+ years experience with responsive web testing (using Browser Stack or similar live testing tool an advantage)
2+ years experience with REST API testing is desired
1+ year working with Figma (or similar tool such as Invision, Photoshop or Sketch) for UI validation
Prior experience in JIRA & TestRail is desired.
Ability to work in a waterfall or agile methodology
Ability to smoke test a solution to highlight any critical issues
Good English communication skills (verbal and written) to interface with project managers and clients
Ability to manage time for efficient delivery of work
Desire to take ownership the project that you are working on to produce the best outcome for the client at every step of the way.
WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Our teams are currently working from home however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
main internet: wired internet of at least 5mbps
reliable back up internet: at least 3mbps speed
