QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or part qualified accountant
At least 5 years of Project Accounting experience
Must have experience working in a Shared-Service, International Engineering/Consultancy/Sustainability firm or company
Experience with Oracle NetSuite is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) is essential
Must be willing to work in either a Midshift or Nightshift schedule (this is not shifting sched; you will be assigned either to a midshift or nighshift schedule upon finishing the recruitment process)
Must be amenable to work on a Hybrid set-up (until further notice)

JOB OVERVIEW:
Supporting monthly project reviews with Project Managers
Inputting project financial data into Oracle NetSuite ("NetSuite"), and such other systems as may be required, in a timely, accurate fashion, to ensure up to date, accurate project financials;
Supporting with project profitability reporting to support the analysis of business performance;
Setting up new projects in NetSuite; and setting up new clients in NetSuite;
Setting up new suppliers and sub-contractors in NetSuite;
Closing projects in NetSuite, in a timely fashion, in consultation with Project Managers and your Manager
Reforecasting projects in line with the Project Managers' requests;
Applying change orders/variations to the project in line with the Project Manager's instructions;
Ensuring billing is completed as per Project Managers' instructions for both fixed and time and materials projects;
Filing project contracts in the appropriate SharePoint site;
Monitoring the Project Administration email inbox for project set up issues and responding promptly, as required;
Carrying out inter-project time and expense transfers and billing between operating companies in the Group;
Checking and ensuring the correct revenue recognition is applied to projects;
