About the role
The Senior Production Supervisor will be responsible in setting the goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
What you will do
Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Responsible for coaching, resoling issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management
What you will need
Must be a graduate of an Electronics Engineering course
Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
