Within Product Development, the analytical group is responsible for developing and delivering industry standard calculations and applications that meet the workflow needs of fixed income, performance measurement, risk, portfolio management and quantitative professionals. The development group works closely with engineers, quality assurance, clients, research, strategists, and sales to ensure the timely delivery and support of FactSet's suite of analytics products. You will become one of a key group of people who make a significant contribution to FactSet's overall product offering. FactSet's analytics business is rapidly growing and critical to the company's long-term success. JOB DESCRIPTION The Analytics Senior Product Manager position is perfect for someone who is technically inclined, understands financial markets, has an interest in understanding client's needs and enjoys the challenge of managing a large team across a broad set of products. This person will be responsible for all FactSet's various Analytical Product Development teams in Manila. The job role includes the following specific responsibilities: Directs expertise across products and how they address client workflows Directs development across a larger set of products, including research and planning Influences cross departmental research and development collaboration Influences all communications for product enhancements Influences the execution of the quarterly operational plan Influences the recruiting and interviewing for the department Responsible for monitoring and analyzing key product metrics Influences key resource discussions for the larger group May take on multiple team management responsibility, as appropriate JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience influencing teams in a global, cross-functional environment Exceptional knowledge of best practices in the software industry Rapport-building skills with senior decision makers as well as broader sales and consulting stakeholders Ability to lead with inspiration and generate a culture where individuals and teams are driven to win Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including working directly with clients Logical thinking to understand the support function of the team with troubleshooting requests Project management proficiency Willingness to align with flexible mid-shift schedule to facilitate collaboration wit other offices Ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities, including project management with engineers on larger projects Strong organizational skills with attention to detail along with the ability to see the big picture QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Math, or Computer related courses Minimum of 10 years of experience with strong track record of performance at individual and managerial Minimum 5 years' experience in financial software products or fintech industry Technical exposure is always a plus CFA or FRM is a plus
