The Sr. Product Associate, will work cross-functionally to initiate internal product development, coordinate launch efforts, optimize key metrics and suggest pricing strategy in the Philippines. The role will sit at the convergence of product, operations and data analytics to figure out how we can improve clients and couriers experience, optimize costs and key product metrics.
Work with the Product Team to establish key product metrics, their measurements and optimization.
Gather and analyze large amounts of information expeditiously and develop insightful strategic recommendations. Perform a competitor analysis on regular basis.
Operationalize key product metrics and manage product feedback loops.
Generate product improvement suggestions based on feedback, interviews and researches with our users: clients and drivers.
Monitor key product metrics in the Philippines, investigate anomalies together with HQ Product Analysts.
Work with HQ Product Analytics team to optimize pricing and couriers assignment algorithms settings.
Keep pricing strategy in the country up to date with company strategy and competitors analysis.
Guide the product experimenting process in the Philippines: design, analyse and implement.
Experiments aimed to improve country performance metrics and find new growth opportunities.
Localize global developed features for the Philippines division.
Scale up/roll out global solutions for the Philippine market (develop guidelines, supervise implementation, etc)
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in a technical/business field such as Computer Science, Management, or Economics
At least 3 years work experience either as a rollout manager, project manager, product manager, system or data analyst etc.
SQL knowledge as must
Excellent English communication skills
Metrics and results orientated with a proven track record of flawless execution, high attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
Can deliver on time - you are discerning about product quality and obsessed with product impact.
You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans and have the ability to step back and connect the dots.
