Description & Requirements
The position is responsible for working and partnering closely with business leaders in the location to bridge and align the execution of HR strategic imperatives by delivering services that create value to the stakeholders in all aspects of HR such as culture building, organizational and employee development, workforce planning, employee engagement resulting to the achievement of long-term business objectives. It also includes making sure that company policies and process are maintained and in accordance with Koch's and Infor's values, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business or other equivalent courses
At least 12 years of HR generalist experience
Preferably with technical expertise in organizational development tools and processes
Significant knowledge of local employment laws, statutory guidelines and HR practices
Strong consultation skills focused on client service excellence working in collaboration with key stakeholders and global and local business leaders.
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels.
Able to critically assess and synthesize themes and issues and spot opportunities for collaboration and alignment that will create value for one's role and team.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
Able to handle conflicting priorities.
Resilient and agile
Ability to manage and keep highly confidential information and conversations.

Organization Development and people management background.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Acts as a consultant and provide perspective as well as technical advice to line managers (location and global) in queries related to performance management, individual/team development, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, etc.
Assists the HR Leader in HR program planning for HR process assessment, creation and improvement.
Assists in ensuring critical HR processes are executed on time e.g., performance management, talent review career development plan by proactive monitoring and ensuring the managers are fully supported.
Assists the HR Leader in planning, development and management of short-term and long-term HR projects that are globally aligned and with location specific and business specific roll out and execution.
Assists the HR Leader in ensuring the adherence to HR compliance; and handles together with the HR Leader complex that non-compliance and employee relations issues.
Participates and supports in the delivery of global organizational development activities such as job analysis, organization review and alignment, change management that support growth and expansion plans of Infor.
Partners and support the global Talent Development team in capability gap analysis and training needs analysis; coordinate development and implementation of development programs according to the identified talent development needs of the business units.
Acts as HR Sponsor for various employee engagement groups.
Assists in consolidation and data analytics to identify common themes across LOBs that will lead to the development of HR interventions.
Participates and at times manages special tasks and projects that may be assigned.
