About the Role
The main purpose of the M365 and Power Platform Application Specialist is to manage, design, develop, secure, automate and troubleshoot M365 and Power Platform solutions

Key Activities:
Implement various components of a planned solution
Plan and execute application enhancements, and system integrations
Implement data conversion and custom process automation
Execute custom visualizations and user experience elements
Key Success Factors:
High quality Power Platform solutions developed
Proper documentation of solutions and processes
Successful implementation of solutions
High quality of 2nd and 3rd level resolution
Qualifications and Skills Required:
3-5 years of experience from similar work experience obtained in a larger IT enterprise environment is preferred.
Development experience should include Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful web services, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Power BI.
You should have experience in Active Directory server roles, configuration, migration and administering Group Policy Objects
You should have experience with Office 365 as a global administrator
You should have PowerShell and Administrative Scripting Experience, specific to an Exchange and Office 365 environment
You should have strong applied knowledge of Power Platform services, including in-depth understanding of capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
Your solutions should be meet enterprise / industry security standards and must be demonstrable on demand
You must have experience in developing user interaction interface and visualizations
You should have a basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Platform
You are skilled in root cause analysis
You are open minded to learn and test new technologies
You can work under pressure and can meet a deadline
