Your Role:
Partners with various levels of People team members and their internal stakeholders to provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes, from process design through to process execution. Creates project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, and maintains a systems orientation. Works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conducts long-term planning.
Serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report-writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. With direction, will develop test scripts, define configuration change requests, and prepare configuration change documents. Supports all human capital management (HCM) / People systems upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. Demonstrates and applies strong analytical skills when responding to inquiries and taking on new challenges. This role reports to the Senior Manager of People Technology.
Responsibilities
Your Impact:
Collaborate with People staff, business partners, and technical teams to capture requirements, design/implement solutions, and conduct testing. Advise stakeholders to ensure successful release and adoption.
Cross-functional collaboration experience developing and implementing technical solutions to improve experiences for all end users.
Configure, support, and optimize the design of People systems and applications.
Exercise strong knowledge/experience with upgrades, improvements, testing, validation, and overall system performance.
Perform and direct analyses and root-cause identification. Recommend and execute solution(s).
Comprehensive understanding of the architecture of and interdependencies between People systems, analytics, processes, and data
Highly knowledgeable of People business processes and functions. Provide technical expertise and guidance on assigned areas of functionality, with as-needed support from management.
Design and configure complex reports. Design and develop actionable, graphic People insights, dashboards, and analytics. Provide training and support to People professionals and business users.
Maintain inbound and outbound data and systems integrations to ensure proper functionality and troubleshooting.
Contribute to the development of technical project documents and/or review third-party documents.
Exceptional handling of confidential data
Strong process improvement skills. Serve as a resource for less-experienced analysts, sharing best practices.
Continually assess current and upcoming People technology, identify and recommend systems/process improvements, and deliver technological solutions that support operational excellence.
Qualifications
3-5 years of implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.
Functional expertise in more than one module: Design, configure and test

Understand the as-is environment and advise on the strategic and tactical roadmap with suitable solutions
Work with business partners to understand requirements and deduce work products and deliverables, followed by solution design and configuration of SuccessFactors products.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, including advanced Excel functions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
