Our Payroll Consultants have been creating value for 85 of the Fortune 100 clients for the past 20 years. We are currently looking for Senior Consultants to support one of the biggest Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical companies in the world with their Payroll and Time & Attendances initiatives.
You are
Looking for an opportunity to be part of an established global management consulting firm
Available Immediately or with a short notice period
Keen for an Initial 6 Months Consultancy Contract with possibility of extension
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for acting as the Interim Payroll Leader for the client managing all end-to-end payroll and Time & Attendance process for various business units covered.
We are looking for someone with
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 15 year of Experience in Human Resources, Payroll and Time & Attendance
Strong Experience in Managing and Leading a team of Payroll Professionals
Experience in SAP Payroll and Kronos system
Strong computer skills - especially proficient in Windows applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Mature, self-motivated, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and under pressure, and also a good team player.
Can start Immediately (No Notice Period Required)
