Job Description
This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee payroll processing for assigned international payroll subsidiaries and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage the payroll accounting close process for assigned subsidiaries
Participate in the month-end/quarter end close by posting journal entries through NetSuite
Reconcile balance sheet accounts on monthly/quarterly basis
Prepare supporting schedule /analytic for monthly management reporting
Coordinate, support and participate in various system UAT’s (User acceptance testing)
Assist on documentation of desk procedure on payroll processing in US and International subs
Review and resolve payroll discrepancies and/or employee questions timely and accurately
Assist with ad hoc reporting as necessary
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
5+ years hands-on experience in US and International Payroll processing
Good knowledge of payroll accounting: e.g.: accrual, PTO and misc. payroll related JEs
Experience with Workday HCM/Payroll; NetSuite, and ADP Smart Compliance
Cross-functional collaboration with business partners for process improvements
Desired Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results under strict deadlines
Advance Microsoft office e.g.: Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work on any shift and/or on US hours
