has partnered with to hire a Senior Project Manager. This is an existing role with additional responsibilities being added. This position directly supports and reports to the company founder. Worthy Gal is a digital planning company based in the UK. The products are beautiful digital planners and stickers for busy women who love to stay organized and keep a strong plan. The team is a small and agile collection of freethinkers from the Philippines and UK.
About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager you will:
Lead a team of 4 highly skilled professionals to complete projects efficiently; communicate regularly and support team/individual needs as they arise.
Take the reins and execute projects, managing ideas and handling details with minimal oversight.
Ensure all products/designs are quality-checked, created, and launched on time.
Manage all projects and new digital product creations from start to finish-this includes adding tasks and briefs in Asana and managing timescales and deadlines to ensure all digital planner and sticker designs are listed on time.
Break larger projects down into smaller tasks and execute and delegate them to the relevant team member; identify resources necessary to successfully complete the project.
Communicate and check in with the team daily to make sure you are totally on the ball with what is happening and what needs to get done.
Ensure all designs and deadlines are met; oversee designers to keep them on schedule.
Launch new products on time and without errors.
Process cancellations and any membership admin in Kartra (but migrating soon to MemberPress/WordPress).
Ensure canceled members are removed from the Facebook group.
Update customer notes in Active Campaign; provide customer support (all email, no phone).
Manage and add new content and products in the membership.
Manage email, Google Drive, Active Campaign, Kartra, WordPress, Shopify, Thrivecart, Asana, and other software; also connect software on the back end.
Keep the founder on track to implement strategies and meet deadlines throughout the year.
Create landing pages and marketing campaigns with founder's direction and support, set up email sequences in Active Campaign, and support campaigns and product launches.
Implement new systems and procedures and create templates and processes to streamline the business and day-to-day tasks.
Work closely with the owner to enable greater focus on business growth and scaling.

Have prior experience in project management and can solve problems easily, finding innovative and better ways to do things.
Understand there is no such thing as a stupid question; be confident and curious, knowing all questions will be taken seriously with zero judgment.
Are organized with a high level of attention to detail.
Can adapt to a young, dynamic, and fast-paced business model without sacrificing operational excellence.
Are a consummate professional who is not easily shaken by turbulent waters (and irate customers).
Can work a normal schedule in the UK time zone (GMT); you will need to work at least 4 hours in GMT-most likely morning/afternoon.
