Key Responsibilities:
· Install programs and conduct hardware and software support
· Manage LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet and intranet systems
· Must ensure stable network connectivity throughout company LAN/WAN and monitor servers for performance issues
· Monitor servers, hardware (desktop computers, printers, etc.), routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment security updates and patches
· Provide employee support such as hardware, cable, software and peripherals installation
· Keep track of hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to check compliance with standards, policies and configuration guidelines
· Set up security firewall for complete protection from viruses and unauthorized users
· Execute hardware, software and system monitoring and documentation
· Troubleshooting of the following, but not limited to: SMTP, FTP, SSL TCP, HTTP, SFTP, RDP, POP, ICMP, HTTPS, DNS and VPN
· Monitor computer system performance daily
· Maintain and update database of computers, phones, servers and other electronic equipment
· Subject to necessary tasks from the Director of Business Operations
Requirement:
· Must be a college graduate of Computer Science, IT or equivalent educational program
· At least 3 years of experience as Network Administrator in a BPO Industry is REQUIRED
· Strong knowledge in Mikrotik Router and Firewall is a MUST
· Knowledge in LAN/WAN networking such as maintenance and troubleshooting of Cisco routers
· Strong understanding and familiarity of TCP/IP and its suite of protocols, Cisco or equivalent router/firewall software/hardware configuration and operation of routing protocols
· With impressive interpersonal, organizational and time managements skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Possesses high level of professionalism and initiative
· Ability to work with less supervision
· Preferably with Microsoft certification and Cisco certification but not required
· Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, extended hours and on holidays
· Willing to work in Otigas
· Can start as soon as possible
