Position Summary
The Senior NetSuite Administrator supports our implementation of NetSuite ERP and CRM and the future growth and expansion of our organization. This is a hands-on technical position that requires a strong knowledge of NetSuite as well as a willingness and ability to learn new technologies. This role reports directly to the company's Director of Development.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation of complex projects and be able to translate business requirements and processes into technical designs.
Work with our implementation partners to support our initial implementation. Manage NetSuite integration with internal and external systems.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for at least 3 NetSuite vertical industries.
Lead personalization sessions to better understand client requirements.
Plan, review, and manage change configurations, customization, and 3rd party integration requests.
Provide consulting advice, assistance, and resources to manage client questions and escalations based on NetSuite Functional expertise.
Support user requests for new searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Direct post-go-live optimizations and follow-on development efforts.
Update existing and new customizations and workflows.
Improve existing systems or processes by assessing the current state and recommending alternative feasible solutions.
Provide recommendations to improve client processes.
Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations and new functionality based on changing business needs.
Monitor the health of NetSuite processes and systems.
Perform ongoing maintenance of the company's NetSuite system as well as lead future improvements and integration projects.
Lead business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades.
Lead user training for processes and systems with client
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by the client.
Conduct client demo of completed customizations.
Manage and serve as a point of contact for Go-Live and Cut-Over support.
Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions with other teams (training team, care team, data migration, etc.).
Coach and mentor junior members of the team/department. Provide guidance and advice in cases of complex functional issues during implementation and client relationships development
Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other members of the team.
Provide feedback and insights on how existing team processes may be improved.
Perform root cause analysis, provide alternatives, and implement resolution for all reported client escalations.
Work with the team to ensure compliance with all data privacy or data security of client-sensitive information.
Manage cards in the team's project management tool (tracking of hours, moving cards, putting updates and comments, etc.).
Help the recruitment team in identifying the right candidates by conducting technical interviews.

Requirements
Qualifications
Strong experience supporting financial functions within NetSuite.
Strong experience integrating multiple software platforms (e.g., Celigo, Concur, Avalara, Salesforce, Payroll) with NetSuite
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite CRM, ERP, records updating, dashboard management, saved searches, reporting and workflows
A self-starter with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and identify and implement resolutions
History in supporting internally bespoke or purchased application software.
Strong communication skills
Detailed and focused, while also able to remain calm under pressure
Ability to understand the user's journey and provide solutions and recommendations to build on continuous improvement
Qualifications that are preferred but not required
