Requirements
A minimum experience of 7 years as a software developer.
A degree in Engineering or Computing (desirable).
5+ years experience in .NET development.
Strong experience in developing multi‐user, business‐critical .NET desktop applications installed on customer computers and networks, using C#, WCF (mandatory), WPF (mandatory) and .NET core (desirable).
Experience in database programming, primarily Microsoft SQL Server.
Exposure to architectural patterns such as well‐designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, and efficient algorithms.
Experience with distributed (microservices and SOA) systems.
Experience writing unit tests, mocking framework, code refactoring, code performance/memory analysis and profiling.
Experience with Git workflows and branching models.
Experience with usability and user interface design principles.
Experience with integrating C#/.NET with other code components including third party APIs and legacy DLLs (desirable).
Experience with the WiX toolset and other Windows installation engines (desirable).
