Job Description
Collaborate with the solution architect to establish best practices patterns and templates for applications and microservices for everyone to follow
Ensure continuous improvement of systems and processes within the team
Develop automated unit tests
Manage or coordinate software builds, changes & product release management
Participate in code review, system design, and specification meetings, and working closely with other developers
Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and design patterns
Mentors junior and intermediate developers
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in .NET
A team player and change enabler with a positive forward-thinking mindset
An ego-less attitude where you enjoy an iterative design process that includes accepting and managing feedback, and challenging conventional wisdom
Top-notch collaboration skills
Passion for emerging technologies and a desire to innovate
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly collaborative team in an agile environment
Proven track record of developing well-structured and scalable SPA front-end applications with microservices back-end utilizing C#, .Net, .Net Core, EF Core, Angular
Proficiency with more than one of the following languages, frameworks, and platforms: SQL Server, Typescript, Javascript/Node, Angular, MVC
Solid working knowledge of event hubs and service bus architecture
A drive towards automating repetitive tasks (e.g. Shell Script, Powershell, etc)

Staff will undergo the onboarding process on current Development processes for our products. Staff will undergo product knowledge training and will be given some hands-on exercises.
