You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with teammates across time zones and disciplines, and you take pride in delivering high-quality creative work from concept to completion.Your RoleAs Senior Multimedia Artist, Design & Creative, you will be part of RepRisk's global Marketing & Communications team, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Design & Creative (Manila). You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to conceptualize and execute branded materials that visually communicate RepRisk's mission and value proposition.You will create a wide range of multimedia assets - from reports, infographics, and presentations, to social media visuals, animations, and short videos - aligned with our brand standards and creative vision. You'll support key initiatives including marketing campaigns, client success stories, and thought leadership.You will also help ensure quality and consistency across all touchpoints, and act as a creative partner to fellow designers, providing informal guidance and helping the team deliver timely, on-brand, and high-impact visuals.Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality multimedia assets for use across digital and print formats, including infographics, flyers, reports, presentations, animations, videos, and social media content.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to interpret briefs, understand objectives, and translate ideas into clear, compelling visual concepts.
Ensure consistent application of RepRisk's brand identity and visual standards across all touchpoints.
Support the rollout and ongoing improvement of branded templates and visual toolkits.
Manage project timelines and priorities effectively to deliver quality work on time and on brief.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices - bringing new ideas and innovations into the creative process.
Provide peer-level support to fellow designers and multimedia artists, fostering a culture of creative excellence and collaboration.
QualificationsYou Bring
At least 5 years of experience in multimedia design, visual communication, or creative production - ideally in a B2B, agency, or global marketing environment.
Bachelor's degree: Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related design field.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across formats (print, digital, motion) and styles. An online portfolio is required to be considered for interview. Please include the link in your resume.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Experience with Canva and other visual collaboration tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand alignment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent (near-native) English speaker - every additional language is a plus!
