Job Description
General Accountability:
Develop & test mobile applications, manage versions & updates as required.
Investigate and provide RCAs for production issues.
Fix production defects.
Coordination with Scrum Master, BA, Back-End Developers.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates and communicate a passion for designing product user interfaces in a platform/technology agnostic fashion
Builds smooth, stable and beautiful products
Collaborates with a team of engineers, designers, and key individuals to provide empowering user experiences
Communicates ideas with cross-functional teams in an effective manner
Shares technical solutions and product ideas through design review, pair programming, code review, and technological discussions
Works with external data sources and APIs
Works on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discovers, evaluates and implements new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Maintains the quality standards of the application platform, ensuring robust QA and code review processes are in place.
Maintains versions of the application
Publishes apps on Apple App Store & Google Play, manage updates to app versions
Complies with IT operational SLA compliance and operational
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology
Experience in Frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, and Angular
Experience in Unit Testing frameworks, Mockito and Cordova
Good Foundation in Object-oriented design & development, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, multi-threading, and complexity analysis.
For Android:
Experience in Android Platform
Experience in Angular Ionic and Native mobile development platform
Experienced using Android Mobile Development tools such as: JAVA, Kotlin, Firebase.
Plus Skills:
Experienced and Knowledge in Unit and functional testing (JUnit, Robolectric, etc.)
Experienced and Knowledge of reactive programming (Rx)
Experienced and Knowledge of design structures (MVP, MVVM, etc.)
Experienced and Knowledge of dependency injections (Dagger)
Experienced and Knowledge of data management (LiveData, Databinding, Room, etc.)
Experienced and Knowledge of API management (Retrofit2)
Experienced and Knowledge of fetching logs from device (with ADB)
Experienced and Knowledge of fetching crash logs from Google and Firebase
IOS:
Experience in iOS Platform
Experienced using iOS Development tools such as: Objective-C, Swift (3 and above), Apache Cordova.
Plus Skills:
Experienced in Debugging skill with LLDB
Experienced and Knowledge of reactive programming (Rx)
Experienced and Knowledge of using auto layout for UI
Experienced and Knowledge of building UI programmatically
Experienced and Knowledge of design structures (MVP, MVVM, etc.)
Experienced and Knowledge of API management (Moya)
Experienced and Knowledge of fetching logs from device (with Xcode)
Experienced and Knowledge of fetching crash logs from Apple and Firebase
