Description * Job Description:
We are looking to hire a talented Senior Mobile Developer to design, build and maintain our existing and new mobile apps and to lead other app developers.
- Write clean, stable, testable, and extensible code / Write unit tests
- Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Translate requirements to solutions proposals
- Train and mentor new team members
- Participate in the Peer Code Reviews
- Collaborate with team members, web developers, and the project manager
- Propose UI/UX improvements
- Contribute innovative ideas or solutions lead and guide the team as a senior or team leader
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in mobile app development
- 5+ years of IOS deployment/development experience (with Swift)
- Have experience leading or mentoring junior developers / Have experience coordinating a project
- Knowledge and experience of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment technologies
- Fluent with verbal and written English
Preferences:
- Have one or more apps available in iTunes or Google Play
- Passionate about new technologies
- Proficient with Git and Git flow
- Comfortable working remotely (during pandemic) and on-site with colleagues, multidisciplinary teams, and offshore teams.
- Experience developing apps using Flutter is an advantage
- Experience developing on Android is nice to have

Work Schedule: Regular working hours [Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM]
Work set up: Temporary work from home but we are expected to go back with office base set up once situations are assessed as safer, but as long as there are increase in cases of Covid-19, we are expected to work from home. Date of resuming to office base set up is not yet determined.
Salary range: 60,000 - 120,000 (we are flexible in terms of salary range so it depends on qualification of applicant, we can entertain higher salary just inform us)
