Designs systems of his/her discipline of expertise that comply with the client & landlord ́s requirements as well as with the local regulations. Provides calculations accordingly.
Defines the list of materials needed to build the installations designed by him/her, and generates purchase requests accordingly. Evaluates technically - financially the offers received from Procurement team and provides technical advise prior purchase.
Capable of producing high level CAD drawings and/or instructing CAD operators under his supervision for the right way of drafting installations. Reviews and corrects drawings of his/her discipline.
Conducts visit to building sites to monitor compliance with design requirements and/or assists site team whenever technical difficulties are encountered during execution. Surveys existing installations and provides report (Site Assessment Report).
Tracks the document lists under his/her discipline.
May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
College Degree Mechanical Licensed; Professional Licensed Engineer an advantage
5-10 years of relevant experience
A sound knowledge on interior fit-out project implementation
Knowledgeable with technical design and implementation for Electrical
Willingness to travel (local and international)
