Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production, development and execution of marketing programs and strategies to meet organizational objectives, will assist the Division Head in the implementation of marketing campaigns, customer research, market conditions, and compiling of competitor data
- Provide feedback and implement improvements and changes to marketing activities, internal marketing policies and processes, where necessary
- Create customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction
- Oversee market studies and research activities to gain insights regarding the company's marketing projects
- Work closely with the Division Head to ensure that marketing events and projects with the necessary set of marketing materials from digital to tangible collaterals follow the correct company brand guidelines
- Coordinate with the necessary personnel, including the Division Head to develop a yearly marketing plan, targets and marketing spend/budget
- Make sure to be updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities
- Creatives & Copywriting
- Create, proofread and publish quality B2B content and copy across multiple platforms (printed marketing collaterals, social media, articles, videos, websites, and others)
- Oversee the creation and/or editing of marketing materials used by the executives and the Sales Team (powerpoint)
- Monitor and provide feedback to our in-house multimedia designers in creating and keeping up-to-date information across all media
- Multichannel Sales
- Assist the Division Head in planning and supervising marketing and sales operations to achieve revenue targets of the Multichannel Sales unit
- Contribute to the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals for the Multichannel Sales unit
- Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast
- Generate sales and marketing reports and analytics
- Prepare and submit department and other relevant reports in a timely manner
- Perform other projects/duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent. (Marketing / Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising / Business Management)
- Possess at least 5-8 years of work experience in the field of marketing
- Experience in Financial, Healthcare, and Technology industries and the like is preferred
- Social Media Marketing experience in Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and the like is preferred
- Articulate in both written and verbal English communication
- Excellent creative writing skills and grammar
- Knowledge in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is preferred but not required; skill in Premiere and After Effects is preferred but not required
- Background in Advertising Agency is preferred but not required
- Required Skill(s): Marketing, Sales, Branding, Management
- Willing to work in Makati
- Amenable to STAY-IN arrangement
