Job Title: Senior Manual Quality AnalystDepartment:Quality Assurance / Testing📍 Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Hydbrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)Key Result Areas / Job Responsibilities1. Quality Process MasteryComply with defined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CMMI standards.Understand various testing approaches:System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing.Apply appropriatetest design techniqueswhen writing test cases.Createtest effort estimatesbased on requirements for small to large-sized projects.Develop effectivetest strategies and Master Test Plans.Review test cases and scripts written by team members; provide constructive feedback.Write comprehensivetest cases, test scripts, and createtest dataandRequirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).Execute test scripts, validate system behavior, and report defects clearly and accurately.Conductfunctional, application, and regression testingfor software releases.Prepare test environments and test data as per test plans and designs.Write cleardefect reportsbased on testing outcomes.Prepare and submitTest Summary ReportsandAcceptance Test Certificates.Facilitate peer reviews of RTMs, test cases, and test reports.Analyze test results and provide improvement recommendations.Enforce quality standards throughout the SDLC.Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of QA proceduresand practices.Evaluate information from multiple sources to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and prioritized.DocumentFunctional RequirementsandUse Casesby collaborating with stakeholders.Ensure customer satisfaction through clearly defined test specifications and delivery of quality products.Collaborate withAutomation QA Analyststo initiate automation testing where feasible.Execute automated test cases and maintain them as needed.Provide business insights and recommendations based on sound understanding of business concerns.2. Administrative TasksLog daily tasks and progress inATLASor other project tracking systems.Validate process compliance in alignment with CMMI requirements.Prepare and submit project and testing reports.Lead QA activities for small to medium-sized projects, resolving minor issues and risks.Mentor and guide Junior QA Analysts.3. TeamworkCoordinate closely with development and support teams.Promote effective team interaction in alignment with organizational values.Support team members as needed to ensure continuity of services.4. Learning and DevelopmentContinuously expand knowledge on business processes and IT tools.Stay updated on current technology, industry changes, and relevant systems.5.
