This doesn't happen without our awesome people! We are looking for a Senior Manager/Manager under Talent Acquisition to join our growing People and Culture Team! What's on the menu for you to do: You will be leading the Talent Acquisition Team for foodpanda Philippines and support them in doing effective insights, hiring reports, stakeholder management and closing all requisition for their verticals You will take full accountability of the end to end recruitment process including strategy for improvements, developments and alignments with counterparts and senior management You will report directly to the People and Culture Head/Director and be responsible for submission of Talent Acquisition overall productivity, plans, and project with progress You will be responsible for ensuring recruitment metrics are met and are aligned with business goals You will deliver results in a tight timeframe especially for backfill and new vacancies You will lead all recruiting activities and efforts and effectively manage all sourcing channels for foodpanda You will support the team on standardizations within Talent Acquisition as well as lead providing and measuring effectiveness of special projects under Talent Acquisition You will lead supporting other counterparts and leaders including the rest of the People and Culture Team and Management Committee Other HR/TA projects that may be assigned and worked on with the HRBP Group What do you bring to the table? Bachelor degree in business or related field preferably in Business Management, Psychology or equivalent Minimum 7 years doing end-to-end recruitment experience with around 3 years leading a team Strong stakeholder management, account management, and has a high level of accountability Preferably with people management experience Exposure to the recruitment field and has a general understanding of the recruitment process Experience of recruiting for other cities within the Philippines will be an advantage A strong interest in Talent Acquisition is a must Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter Strong organizational skills with proactive personality Experience in using Talent Acquisition tools (Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever, etc) is a strong advantage With fluency in written & verbal communication skills in English and Filipino What we have for you: We have a steep learning curve and because of that, not a day is boring here!
