In your new role you will:
Be responsible for the OSAT Partners' performance to achieve Quality Excellence
Facilitate the formation of cross-functional teams to resolve customer issue and managing the OSAT Partners Continuous Improvement Programs
Owner of OSAT Quality Management to handle crisis / deviation / change management, involve in problem-solving, support continuous improvement, audits and reporting
Define, develop, deploy and maintain a Quality Management System and Systemic Processes and Methods, considering the Standards and customers'
Develop policies, procedures and methods to verify the product, material and components reliability along the whole supply chain
Establish and maintain quality standards of existing and planned future technologies, packages, products and services, as well as for a proactive and reactive quality services for internal and external customers
Develop programs to focus on partners' employees quality mind-set, a sustainable quality culture and sensitive to deviation culture
Drive and coach to the OSAT Partners to achieve result
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Material Science with at least 15 years of experience in semiconductor industry with combined exposure to process, equipment, quality and manufacturing engineering
Strong understanding of the assembly process concept is a MUST
Advance knowledge of quality systems, SPC, FMEA, DOE and 8D problem-solving
Strong in auditing skill and customer management
Knowledge in and Design of Experiment (DOE) software is a plus
A strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and least supervision
Excellent communication skills, assertive with progressive mind
