ROLE: Senior Manager - Integration
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
1.Oracle Cloud Certification in Oracle Integration Cloud and OCI
2.Additional OCI, DBaaS, and other PaaS experience
3.Experience working on Integration Strategies for cloud integration and onprem integration
4.Experience with Oracle SaaS APIs, connection adapters, etc.
5. Successfully manage relationships with clients and colleagues
6.Ability to coach and develop others on project team technically and processwise
7.Experience building integrations in OIC
8.Hands on with support, testing of integration components web services SOAP, REST using OIC
9. Manage on time changes delivery and business expectations, also ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions.
11. Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations.
12. The ability to multitask and prioritize across concurrent workloads may be required.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication.
14. Perform integrations between Oracle Cloud and 3rd party applications both inbound and outbound
15. Basic understanding of integration security and Oracle offerings
16. Understanding of authentication mechanisms of various RESTSOAP APIs
17. Proven experience in supporting integrations, including monitoring, and altering
18. Ability to leverage prebuilt integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc in the solution
19. Experience with deployment and release management processes of Oracle SOA Suite and OIC
20. Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and well as business stakeholders
21. Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance
22. Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
23. Gain the trust of your client, team mates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered
24. Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts
25. Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best technical solutions for their needs
