Demonstrate strategic and tactical leadership in developing, implementing, and achieving Ceridian objectives. Drive operational excellence projects in line with strategies of the organization. Identify continuous improvement Lead the enablement of service standards within Ceridian tools through data gathering and driving product usability improvements through automation where appropriate. Evaluate and eliminate process and tool gaps based on efficiency measures and six sigma improvement methodologies to ensure continuous improvement across Ceridian. Drive efficiency and quality improvements to maintain and improve Managed Services on the path towards performance excellence. Contribute to any project or initiatives of Managed Services. Sponsor, advocate, create and champion the support structure, tools and other needs that are required to meet targets. Support Operational Excellence senior leadership in working closely with operations leadership team and interaction with key stakeholders across GCO functions. Support client engagement activities requiring operational excellence assistance. Foster best practice sharing and be informed of lessons learned that will help contribute to process improvement. Represent operational excellence by providing support during sales/pre-sales efforts as appropriate. Create strong partnerships with business partners working across cultural and geographical borders to meet our overall organization's goals. Knowledge of HCM software or high-tech products/services is preferred with high preference of knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce.
