Partners with operations, client services and workforce in Revenue and direct cost management, budgeting and forecasting
Communicates and reports financial outlook and results to key stakeholders including detailed analysis on operational metrics with financial impact
Prepares and models data for quarterly forecasting process and annual budgeting exercise of SGA department costs
Tracks and flags excess SGA headcount, cost inefficiencies and spending over the budget
Performs financial analyses and other adhoc tasks as needed
What we are looking for:To be successful in this role you must...
Intermediate excel and power query skills preferred
More than 7 years of FP&A experience preferably in the BPO industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive cost optimizations
Stakeholder management and presentation skills needed
