UFS is accelerating its digital transformation to fuel growth through data driven and technology enabled Go-to-Market (GtM) capabilities. Our ambition is to reach to 2.5 million operators by 2022 via an online & off-line contact strategy. The focus of UFS marketing and sales is to engage with chefs & customers through an integrated communication system via visits by sales representatives and digital touchpoints like the UFS.com website / Webshop, segmented & personalized campaigns and UFS apps. The new roles of marketing & Customer Development teams are more integrated in the digital ecosystem and are vital for a great operator & customer experience. Main purpose of the job: The Senior CMI Manager will play an instrumental role in ensuring that the voice of the operators is brought into our business decisions. He/She will be expected to strengthening the research resources and networks and building research capabilities in the cluster team in order to fuel business growth and land strong business impacts. Champion the data insights and analytics for Unilever Food Solutions customers & operators to drive sound business decisions Lead in the design and delivery of Analytics Roadmap for Projects, enhancing organizational intelligence Centralize data systems and platforms and oversee end-to-end execution of automation projects Enable cluster leadership team to identify high impact growth opportunities through insight integration and strategic influencing Improve Operator Experience (CX) via deep understanding of the trends and needs of operator experience, and implement effective measures and tracking Transform how insights and trends are captured in the business by bringing outside-in and developing new research capabilities Enhance the overall credibility and effectiveness of the AAME CMI team through team coaching and capability building Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
