Job Description
Fulfill and exceed client's consultancy or advisory requirements
Prepares actual studies and written reports for the following services:
Market Analysis
Economic Forecasting
Financial Appraisal and Sensitivity Analysis
Developmental consultancy
Highest and Best Use
Real Estate Sector Studies: Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Retail, Hotel, Leisure, etc.
Does field works
Reports directly to the Director / Head of the Advisory Services Division
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accounting/Banking, Commerce or Equivalent
Licensed Real Estate Broker / Valuer is an advantage
Excellent English writing, communication and presentation skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers in the Property/Real Estate or equivalent
