About the Role
The Senior Management Account or Financial Analyst is a newly created role that reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with the CEO and leadership team. We are looking for a seasoned leader that will help build and growth our our management accounts team and capabilities. You will be working closing with senior business managers and advising on financial decision-making, prepare financial reports, and develop and implement strategies for growth.
Responsibilities include; financial planning and budgeting processes, analysing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, assisting with acquisitions and performing research and analysis. In short, enable fact-based decision making.
The Senior Management Accountant will own Elite Haven's Group monthly rolling forecast process, consolidation reporting and play a key role in providing high quality decision analysis to support investments and initiatives.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide project teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes and may serve as a business partner. You will also participate in or lead projects related to the decision analysis and process improvements.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the finance and data & analytics team to gather and consolidate data and reports.
Manage and ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements and external reports.
Oversee external audits and do random internal audit.
Advise management on how to craft effective business plans and resolve cost-related issues.
Identify, initiate, and execute opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Prepare the accounting and finance process manual.
Flexible work location between Manila and Singapore
About You:
We are seeking a capable management accountant able to exhibit extensive knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting experience in a similar environment.
Demonstrated financial accounting and business management expertise that translates into sustained business growth.
Experience working with mergers and acquisitions highly desirable.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant - CMA highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Corporate Accountant
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and practices
With comprehensive knowledge in tax, compliance, consolidation, and reporting
At least 8 years of related working experience in a similar field
Knowledge of computerized accounting and records keeping system, preferably Q3F, and SAP
In-depth experience in risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Proficient in MS Office, advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership profile with demonstrated experience working closely with C-suite level colleagues.
