The job is responsible for providing proactive technical support and subject-matter expertise on technologies to their clients that have automated business processes and technical knowledge sharing and coaching to the team.
About the Senior Managed Services Consultant Role:
The Senior Managed Services Consultant role holds the primary responsibility of ensuring adherence to client SLAs and liaising with clients to discuss process issues, agree a remediation plan and build and deploy a fix that addresses the issue(s).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Level 3+ support tickets raised by clients through our service desk (Freshservice)
Analyse client performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Platform installation and configuration
Develop user training documentation for ongoing support management tasks
Provide advice on IT frameworks and best practices
Produce and deliver monthly client reports and analysis
Provide guidance and coaching to team members
The successful Senior Managed Services Consultant is expected to have a proven experience resolving Level 3+ support tickets.
Key Requirements:
Five or more years of experience
Tertiary qualifications in relevant areas
Technical experience and competency in .net, SQL, C#, java
Excellent customer service, strong sense of urgency and a solution focus
Able to resolve tickets across a variety of applications based in a .net or C++ application
Strong understanding of automation tools (such as UiPath, BluePrism)
