Main duties:
· Cost estimating, analyzing budgets, cost control and financial reporting related to mechanical and electrical services of construction projects
· Preparation of tender and contract documents
· Preparing design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services
· Tender evaluation, analyze bids or proposals submitted by contractors
· Collaborate with Project Teams to develop accurate cost forecasts, assess cost implications of design changes
· Assessing interim payment applications and final accounts
· Carrying out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services
· Providing general support and advice on various aspects of mechanical and electrical services
Attributes:
· Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
· Minimum 7 years' postgraduate experience in the design, supervision and project management of both mechanical and electrical disciplines
· Polytechnic graduates with min. 5 years' relevant experience may also be considered
· Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
· Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
· Good communication and written skills in English
Applicants who hold a Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying and are conversant with mechanical and electrical services may also be considered.
