Functional overview
This positions is responsible to evaluate, define and record system necessities for workflow, data, hardware, logical processes and operating system environment. Interact with various systems, external and internal checks along with controls and outputs.
Duties and responsibilities
Strong understanding of business processes embodied by each Lotus application
Work with process owners to understand requirements
Troubleshoot relationship between LDAP authentication and the impact of LDAP changes on the ability to access and use the tools
Understanding of the Domino Enterprise Connection Services, Understanding of MS ODBC
Understanding of how to apply security considerations in Lotus Domino applications with respect to application data
Install, configure, and optimize IBM Domino Server environments
Analyze business models, and user requirements to formulate a design strategy.
Breakdown processes into multiple packets to distribute to other relevant technology teams
Develop various process flow diagrams and working models to streamline the process
Co-ordinate the development cycle and attest the compatibility of different modules
Supervise and conduct the performance test and trials to ensure a hassle-free user experience
Records and document each phase of application development for further reference and maintenance operation
Deploy and install the applications to demonstrate the successful performance of software
Fix the problems arising across the test cycles and continuously improve the quality of deliverables
Communicate with other application development partners and technology arbiters to deliver excellent output
Minimum competencies
Experience with JavaScript web development, including jQuery, JSON, Angular, Bootstrap, React
Strong understanding of Domino architectural and infrastructure concepts and techniques.
Hands on experience with developing or modernizing Domino applications.
Excellent written and communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to influence customers and co-workers.
Understanding of authentication and identity services such as SAML and oAuth
Minimum qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
With at least 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Domino, and related products, including experience with current versions (9.0-11)
Excellent understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes.
Willing to work fromnbsp;7AM - 4PM.
Can startnbsp;ASAP.
