Bolton International is looking for Technical Support Representative L3 with experience with AWS/Azure.
This job position is being sourced for on behalf of SupportNinja, which has recently merged with Bolton.
What you will do:
Support the TSR Tier 2 team
Provide support for issues related to AWS
Conduct PaaS/SaaS solutions support
Give support on inquiries related to cloud databases, managed services, and open-source solutions
Effectively communicate with local and geographically distributed teams across North America and Europe
Who you are:
1 year of experience as Technical Support Representative (L3)
Experience with AWS and/or Azure (SME cloud support or escalations)
Good communication skills (voice, email, and chat)
Experience in supporting any SaaS/PaaS/Cloud-based applications
Should be able to write/create process documents
Enrich SOPs and FAQs based on solved issues
Amenable to work in QC-SM North EDSA Site
Good to haves:
Familarity with Javascript and C# (highly preferred)
AWS certification
Familiarity with Azure, Kafka, and ClickHouse/SQL
