Handle all basic administrative Salesforce functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks
Assist various departments in planning and implementing solutions in Salesforce
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in an IT-related field and have 2-3 years relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and JAVA/APEX is required, working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Able to communicate in English effectively verbally and in writing.
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
