Responsibilities
Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Proven working experience in iOS software engineering
Knowledge of software design patterns (MVVM, etc)
Have published one or more iOS apps in the App Store
A deep familiarity with Swift, for use with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, etc.
Knowledge of Grand Central Dispatch and managing asynchronous operations
Experience with proper Auto Layout techniques and understanding UIViews to implement smooth and performant User Interfaces and User Experiences
Experience avoiding and resolving memory leaks
Experience with Source Control (Git) and source control flows to manage commits
Experience studying new third-party libraries and APIs, understanding what makes them relevant, reviewing various options, and integrating the best ones for the needed use case
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Agile methodology experience
Experience working in a diverse team with different roles to continuously refine, deploy, and test features
Experience working with Bluetooth and Core Location is an advantage
Continuous Integration experience is an advantage
