As a Site Lead, a quality of being an effective leader is a must. leadership abilities is a crucial attribute that should be able to instill trust, provide direction, communicate properly, and delegate responsibility amongst the team members being managed.
Primary Job responsibilities:
» Conduct everyday LAM Tool audit and ensure team members updates asset inventory with correct status
» Supervise and manage team members for hardware asset at end-to-end all over its asset lifecycle process
» Acts as the escalation point of contact for Incident tickets for Information technology related issues and help aligning multiple groups around a single objective
» Monitor for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out located on priority
» Conduct Weekly or Monthly and Quarterly Stock Reconciliation Audit
» Conduct Half Yearly Information technology Asset Registry vs Finance Asset Registry Reconciliation
» Propose and take the lead to implement any project initiative that may have cost savings or cost avoidance or for process improvement
» Facilitate the business' needs for continuing technical support and upgrade protection on selected products by ensuring that maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewals are managed / handled / ordered in advance of their expiration
» Project leadership abilities, Management and Communications
» Negotiation expertise for Project Managers
» Communicating Up: Winning Strategies for prosperous Executive Conversations
» Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
» everyday and long-term strategic management of technology-related hardware within the organization all over its asset life cycle. This includes planning, procurement, deployment, record tracking, monitoring, maintenance, recovery, and disposal of hardware assets to ensure compliance with company and with vendor contracts.
» Administrative tasks within the technology procurement and inventory management function and will be reporting to Information technology Infrastructure Management
» Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Appropriate qualifications:
» Vocational or College Graduate (Technology, Supply Chain or Business related course)
» expertiseable and have practice of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
» expertiseable and have practice of Windows 10 OS and or Windows 7 OS
» broad Customer Service expertise
» capability to speak, read and write in English Language
» Willing to take overtime if required1+ years of practice in each of the following areas:
» Information Technology Asset management (Asset Lifecycle Stages - End to End process flow) hardware
» Vendor management
» Inventory management
» Financial and Accounting Management
» Supply Chain and Logistics management
» Service Now
» SharePoint
» Asset Management tool or any ticketing tool
» Service oriented
» Strong people expertise.
» Sense of fairness in dealing with people and issues
» Problem solving expertise
» Adaptcapability or dealing with changes
» Positive attitude and enthusiasm
