Configure and deploy policies, profiles, compliance settings, and app protection policies for mobile devices and applications
Monitor and troubleshoot device and app issues, as well as report on device and app status and compliance
Deploy Intune MDM across platforms like iOS, Android, and Window
Integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party solutions
Analyze, develop, and communicate feedback on the onboarding process and technology improvement
Assist with configuring onboarding tools and processes for Windows 10 and Windows 11
Administer Active Directory, including Group Policies
Work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot core applications and patch deployment issues
Support user in Enrolment of device via Company Portal
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an AI user, leveraging AI tools to optimize mobile engineering workflows and decision-making
Experience collaborating with data scientists or acting as an AI scientist to design and implement intelligent systems that improve operational efficiency and security posture
MDM: End-to-end knowledge on Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Centre Console
Proficiency in scripting languages
Proven excellent organizational and decision-making skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and deploy AI-enhanced solutions for device management, including automation of compliance checks, anomaly detection, and user behavior analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer support, product support, IT Admin Support, consulting or solutions architect or systems development
Technical experience with Microsoft 365 security (Windows Defender/Advanced Threat Protection, Security and Compliance Centre, EMS suite
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management
Working knowledge/deployment of AirWatch Acc, MAG and other integration components
Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Security features covered under Modern workplace offering
