We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
The Senior HR Manager will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
Responsibilities:
Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress
Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Regularly review and propose changes/improvement to compensation and benefits plans
Oversee the administrative groups including Accounting and Facilities Management
Lead the Human Resources Department of the organization, and take part in strategic planning and execution of initiatives.
Support the leadership and provide human resources assistance to team leaders, managers, directors, as required.
Continue to improve policies and lead change where it is called for.
Manage the full spectrum of human resources.
Delegate responsibilities and coordinate the Shared Services group to ensure compliance with labor laws and other government regulations.
Ensure all departments are staffed sufficiently and that all recruitment processes and initiatives are efficient in finding and attracting the right candidates.
Provide advise to the executive management on matters related to local regulations, talent market trends, and industry best practices in Human Resources.
Manage the operation of the HR Helpdesk to ensure all employee HR service requests are attended to on a timely and satisfactory manner.
Overall ensure that PMAXGlobal has the best Human Resources servicing and that employees get pleasant HR experience, the best ever.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources, in managerial function
5 years BPO industry experience in the Human Resource role
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Track record if innovating HR processes and rolling out HR projects and plans
