Job Description:
Responsible in handling compensation management by ensuring that the pay scale complies with changing laws and regulations of the government. They also monitor the performance management evaluation of each employees, updating of government documents and managing the HCM module.
Job Qualifications:
1. A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, and other related course.​
2. With 1-2 years of relevant experience in the same field.​
3. Above average communication skills.​
4. Good organizational skills and leadership skills​
5. Proficient in using MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)​
6. Experience in a real estate industry is an advantage.
