Job Descriptions
People Management Advice and Support
Provide support to people managers navigating staff issues
Establish and help manager execute consistent approaches to people management and the resolution of issues
Help prepare for and deliver difficult performance or conduct discussions
Documentation & Policy Development
Work with HoSD (and our legal representatives where necessary) to develop and implement a broad range of company policies in line with labor codes and applicable laws
Maintain version control for all company policy documents
Ensure employment contracts and conditions are meeting all current labor codes and applicable laws.
Training and Succession Planning
Work with HoSD to develop training framework for company employees
Identify appropriate training options available both online and in the local market.
Recruitment
Advertise SCT Furnishing openings
Screen resumes and candidates
Support interview discussion
Manage all new entrant documentation, contracts, clearances etc.
Payroll
Manage end to end payroll process
Job Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
Minimum 5 years Human Resource Management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
