That's why we need you, to help us tackle increasingly complex challenges posed by ever evolving health and well-being needs.You are responsible forMonitor and ensure our commercial activities comply with the H&S laws and regulations in the Philippines and Vietnam.Maintain and update applicable EHS licenses and permits.Deploy and comply with Philips Corporate Safety Standards and APAC EHS Procedures.Providing technical support to commercial projects and managing contractor safety.Leading and coaching the Philips employees in the offices on the deployment of health and safety programs, such as safety Gemba, risk assessment, Accident/Incident reporting, LOTO, etc.Conduct regular training and auditsImplementing ISO45001 certifications for the Philippines and Vietnam.ActivitiesEstablish H&S Annual Management Plan and monitor targets and monitor performance monthly.Conduct Monthly legal compliance assessment. Manage regulatory reports, registrations and permits required for our activities.Conduct accident investigation for all H&S incidents that happened during our activities.Deploy safety Gemba/Office Fire and Safety inspection regularly.Deploy Global H&S procedures and conduct briefings to affected parties. Implement and maintain ISO 45001 Certification for the Philippines and Vietnam.Coordinate and execute the H&S audit procedures in conjunction with Internal, Corporate and External audits.Manage closure of corrective actions and report compliance status to the H&S Committee and APAC H&S Leader.Lead, participate in or facilitate multidisciplinary workgroups on issues such as emergency response, travel safety, BCM, Office relocation etc.Organize and document regular H&S Committee meetings and minutes respectively.Share best practices, information, advice and H&S requirements in the Philippines and Vietnam and ensure deployment, support and training when neededTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceBachelor's degree or aboveFluent in English5+ years of experience in H&S management in an international business environmentFamiliar with the implementation of the ISO45001 management system, certified internal auditorFamiliar with Philippines and Vietnam laws and regulations.Good people management and communication skills through organizational layersTeam player, goal-oriented and pragmatic (gets things done)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well organized.In return, we offer youWe welcome you to a challenging, innovative environment with great opportunities for you to explore.
