BreederDAO is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. This team is responsible for creating high-quality digital assets that will be used as marketing collateral. We are looking for a senior graphic designer with experience in motion, 2D, and typography for this position. We admire designers who can push the boundaries of content while keeping the user engrossed in their work. You will produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, and product packaging. Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand consistently by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery, and lead the development of our visual brand across channels and formats.
Bridge the gap between product and brand experience, actively encouraging us to pursue greater uniformity in all media by designing original concepts.
Support the design team's growth, including mentoring other team members.
Conduct research on visual design trends and best practices by staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
Apply typography techniques

Increase user friendliness in digital products
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the company, ranging from marketing to product, brand, etc.
Requirements
Proven 4-5 years of work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
A portfolio of work that carries your unique signature.
You are skilled at explaining the results of your designs and presenting your work.
High level of proficiency with the necessary tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
A strong eye for design and the capacity to combine various hues, fonts, and layouts
Attention to visual details
You have worked extensively with marketing departments.
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Must be willing to learn to NFT/Blockchain/Web3.0 landscape.
Knowledge of NFT/Blockchain/Web3.0 landscape is a plus*
