Who we're looking for
As a Senior Graphic Designer under the Marketing and Growth team, you will play a key role in building brand awareness and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. You will be responsible for ideating and producing eye-catching and engaging visual collaterals that effectively communicate the key message to the target audience.
What you'll do
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will:
Ideate and create visual content that are in line with the Coins tone / style, meet marketing objectives, and engage the target audience
Lead art direction and help set the overall tone for the visual look and feel of Coins
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure requirements and deadlines are met
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure branding consistency across all channels.
Stay updated on design and advertising best practices and implement ways to apply it to Coins
Perform other related duties and tasks as may be required from time to time
Who you are
3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer / art director with extensive experience in branding and storytelling
Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Information Design, or any related course (or experience)
Proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
Able to translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand and engaging visuals
Highly creative with a deep understanding of design principles and strategy
Passionate about building a brand by creating genuine and authentic customer relationships
Highly-flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Thinks fast under pressure and solves problems on-the-go
Trustworthy and able to protect confidential information with discretion
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without supervision
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Able to collaborate with team members
Has a track record for getting things done - drive, ownership, and execution is at the core of our culture
