Work and communicate closely with Project Coordinators to support the project initiatives and ensure that all design and production aspects of the deliverables are on track.
Work and communicate closely with OPPO HQ global Designer to localize the new product launch POSM materials design into Philippine version.
Demonstrate the ability to concept & develop artwork, proofread, prepare comps, build print ready files, maintain digital assets, perform pre-flight checks, uphold accurate file maintenance, provide occasional back-up and creative support to fellow designers.
Works closely with all levels, including management and employees, Designers, Coordinators, Print Production Manager and suppliers.
Design in accordance with marketing briefs and brand standards, Conducts Trainings on New OPPO Implemented Guidelines, and Hero Product Visibility Standard to Territory Visual Merchandising, Regional Visual Merchandisers, Regional Graphic Artists and to newly hire personnel
Review and approve art proofing materials: Checks colors, quality, and proof reads with Procurement Officer and Supplier, attend meetings, present concepts, communicate project status, updates or changes.
Collects promotional events photos for online posting. Conduct Photoshoot of our High-End materials like 3.0 Concept Stores, IOT Display to be enhance and retouch and provide a ppt or brochure reference that the Key Account, Operators, and Regional can use for proposal presentation to their account dealers, Mall Admin or GTM
Act as a subject matter expert to uphold brand standards, Ensuring OPPO standards guidelines and designs are met by checking and approving all daily mock ups and proposal submitted by regional Territory Visual Merchandising, Regional Visual Merchandisers and Regional Graphic Artists.
As needed arises, Conduct product shoot of IOT or phone perspective if references like JPEG/PNG images are not available.
Provide 3D Perspective or Photoshop Mockup of our Hero Product, POSM Standard Visibility Display that will be used and presented by merchandising officer to regionals and management
Work with Merchandising team to conduct Visibility Audit when needed.
Agree with company culture
BFA with a concentration in graphic design and 3+ years of related experience.
Retail experience is a plus.
Work experience in any reputable international company is preferred.
Thorough understanding of creative process and understanding of terms and software/equipment required to develop/produce creative.
Expert knowledge of graphics software, primarily Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
Strong knowledge of printing processes and ability to effectively utilize appropriate methods.
Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Disciplined, self-motivated, organized, possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Team player with the ability to work in a diverse environment or independently.
Proven ability to handle stressful situations.
