Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have an utmost appreciation for clean and well-documented code!
- Handle the design, architecture, development, code review, and testing of key applications in the following areas: client-facing applications, proof of concept prototypes, and Microservices
- Collaborate with the product management, QA Team, and development team to define feature requirements and deliver the product in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle and communicate work responsibilities among the development team
- Identify performance bottlenecks and come up with novel ways to solve them
- Design and implement scalable web service APIs
- Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
- Work with SQL and NoSQL DB systems
- Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficiency with Git or Bitbucket
- Facilitate or drive code-reviews, training of junior peers, and retrospective meetings
Required Experience
- 5+ years full-stack engineering experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Expert programming skills in JavaScript, PHP, or Python
- Developed and deployed multiple integrated systems in the Production Environment
A Successful Candidate must have
- Proficiency in Software Development Best Practices (SCM / Unit Tests)
