Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Application Developer to join our rapidly growing in-house Technology team. As a capable, motivated self-starter, you will hit the ground running with your outstanding PHP development skills, supporting existing web applications that are critical to the business
This role will be joining our Operations squad and will be working on applications used across the business.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Be responsible for developing and maintaining web based applications that support the business (both front-end and back-end engineering)
Be accountable for the code quality and delivery of all your work
Collaborate with the cross-functional squad to ensure that all requirements are fully understood and the delivered work will meet the desired business outcomes
Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with the organisational policies
Contribute to continuous improvement in development standards and practices, quality and release management
Engage in Agile software development activities including team sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Qualifications
With a Bachelors's qualification, you're an experienced professional (+3 years) developing websites and/or web applications for end users (either customers or business users)
You'll need to have extensive experience and expertise:
2+ years experience developing using front-end technologies, including HTML5,CSS, jQuery, Angular & Bootstrap
2+ years experience developing in PHP to build REST API services (preferably in Laravel/Lumen or similar framework)
2+ years experience using GIT with good understanding of branching and merging strategies
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Strong background in Linux (basic administration and shell programming)
Experience using databases such as MySQL or Postgres
Experience developing automation/unit tests a plus
You'll also need to be:

Organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to work with cross functional teams (e.g., BA's, UX/Designers, Developers, and QA)

Our teams are currently working from home, however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate your home working the environment is as follows:
