Duties and Responsibilities:
I. Monthly Reporting
- Consolidate monthly results to prepare One Source One Set Report in Excel, upload forecast into the MPR universe and update comments online
- Manage communication and flow of information between subsidiaries and dnata finance
- Update various reports for Group Management Reporting (KPIs, MFR templates, etc.)
- Prepare monthly ET pack
II. Weekly Reporting
- Prepare weekly trading summary for Dubai businesses
III. Adhoc Reports
- Other adhoc analysis and reports as required
- Perform cost analysis and benchmarking of all divisions against one another (staff to income ratios, productivity, marketing spend)
- Assist in preparing MTP and Budget presentations (MI Development)
- Using tools like Sisense to develop dashboard reporting for executive financial and non-financial information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or any related field
- Has at least 3-5 years of experience in Management Reporting or similar role
- Preferably a Certified Management Account
- Experienced in creating and running Microsoft Excel reports
- High level of Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables, basic macros)
- Database building skills (e.g. SQL) and knowledge of Management Information dashboard systems (e.g. Sisense) is highly desirable
- High proficiency in English (the role will liaise directly with Senior Finance Management in Dubai)
- Must be a Filipino citizen or has a relevant residence status
- Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
