Johnson & Johnson's Global Services (GS) Business Support team is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial support for the Global Services business.
Role & Responsibilities:
This Global services (GS) SFA will be responsible for providing financial support to two strategic Global Services Finance projects, Project SigniFi and the Payroll Global Vendor project.
• Track and report on headcount and cost savings related to SigniFi Project. SigniFi scope to be further defined once project is finalized and communicated
• Track Global payroll project spend and regional project status. Create reporting structure and ensure proper domain reporting. SFA will be responsible for leveraging financial systems to forecast and track actuals
• Support the refinement of the Global Payroll business case estimates and work with local team to track and identify all savings. Work with regional payroll, IT, and Finance teams to investigate all Payroll Vendor, T&A Vendor, and IT costs identified in business case. Execute needed transfers to ensure cost are in the proper domain.
• Manage all implementation cost cross charges to support quarter end closing activities for projects supported.
• The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver with regard to performance by utilizing metric driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
• MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience is required.
• Prior FP&A and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience is preferred.
• Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
• Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Flexible to be in mid or night shift
